This is the only device I've used so I can't compare to others, but it does the job as advertised.

After prostate surgery, I tried the drugs like Viagra, but had to quit due to horrible side effects and poor results. After several months, the doc is starting me on penile injections with Tri-mix and they are great! But, in the meantime, the pump was the only option.

As you would expect it is inconvenient and makes spontaneity impossible, but that is to be expected. The quality of the device and packaging is excellent. I strongly recommend reading the instruction book closely. It takes some trial and error to get the tube to seal off around the base of the penis without having the scrotum sucked into it. Believe me, that sucks! :-) I found that pumping it and then releasing the pressure two or three times before releasing the band gave the best erection. Don't give up if at first you don't succeed in getting a full erection. Try a different technique until you get the results you want...
