I bought this particular model in 2003 due to ED caused by late onset diabetes after it was found that the drugs available were not able to provide sufficient assistance
Pros
This is a quality made and sturdy device although expensive I consider it value for money
A selection of rings and 2 end caps comes with the pump plus a carrycase a video and lubricant nothing extra needed
It negates the need for drugs or surgery and will enhance where drugs help but do not adequately solve the problem
It is easy to use and only takes a little practice to find ideal ring and preferred method of use
Its simplicity means that it has none of the problems of battery models
It dismantles and assembles quickly and easily for cleaning and storage
Additional rings whilst quite expensive are easily available on line
Cons
Not really a con but there is a small delay factor in having to use it but without using it the delay would be permanent
The rings must be removed within 30 mins otherwise physical damage could occur forgetting to remove them is not an option
Although this pump consists of 3 seperate parts I have been unable to find on line a replacement tube collar that holds the constriction ring as mine after 7 years of regular use has stopped sealing adequately thus reducing or at times making a vacuum unobtainable.
Temporary fix being the thin tape plumbers use on pipe joints wrapped around the end of the clear plastic tube to create a seal however the apparent lack of individual pump parts is disappointing on a pump of this price and the only option seems to be to buy a replacement pump

I will purchase another if there is no other option because I have been so pleased with this product however, it only gets 4 stars due to the lack of any spare / replacement pump unit, tube or end collars
