Nice article on ED drugs. You mentioned Yohimbe, which the FDA alerted should not be used due to its side effects, but didn’t mention saw palmetto. Saw palmetto is probably the most used ingredient in natural ED remedies.

In addition to pelvic floor exercises, what you eat can impact erectile dysfunction. Foods high in cholesterol and trans-fats are bad. Foods high in Omega-3 Fatty acids, high fiber and lycopene are good natural cures for ED, as well.

I’m interested in this topic. When I was in the Corps, we were studying the effects of different illnesses and their role in erectile dysfunction. I never once heard of a man diagnosed with fibromyalgia complaining of erectile dysfunction, or requesting something similar to an erectile dysfunction treatment.

But, then again, not all men are just willing to openly admit it.
